No. You can use remote bonding (prebond the new Node to an already bonded Node in range and then authorize it) instead of the manual bonding. There is no need to upload Autonetwork to the whole network. The remote bonding means just to send a few DPA requests. The only information you need is the address of an already bonded Node in RF range to the new one.
